1. 90% of the time, this is my breakfast:
Oatmeal, chia seeds, hemp hearts and other such superior ingredients.
10% of the time this is my breakfast:
Sugar and caffeine and other such superior ingredients.

2. The name “Holley” is apparently very hard to understand. That, or I’m awful at pronouncing my own name.
3. These coffee crumbs look amazing. As it turns out, sitting in the waiting room of the doctor’s office can be somewhat relaxing and enjoyable. Also, I was inspired by Good Housekeeping’s recipe section. Yes, I was going to the doctor to learn how to lower my cholesterol, all the while enjoying an old lady magazine. It’s happened, folks. I’m there.
4. True joy for me:
Short and sweet run followed by some foam rolling. Hurts so good. Also, I was watching the Oscars even though I hadn’t heard of half of the nominations. I was too busy reading Good Housekeeping. Also, the only movies I watch start with Mickey Mouse and end with Clubhouse.
5. This is what she does when I ask her to smile.
She also told me that her hair is getting shaggy and she needs a hair “disappointment”.
I’ll call the salon. And as an added bonus, they’re sure to have an extra copy of Good Housekeeping.
